Content of the basic program
- Every other day (+/- it depends on the module) you will be receiving one new video.
- The first video will be received the day Michel and the future teacher sign the mutual agreement.
- You can watch the videos as many times as you want, as you will have a personal link. These videos are for your personal studies, and they should not be posted in any social media.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS WITH MICHEL
- The individual sessions with Michel should be Schedule at the end of each module.
- If you take one week more than what is recommended, is completely fine. You can manage your time as your schedule allows.
5 INDIVIDUAL MEDITATION SESSIONS
- The individual sessions are 20 minutes long
- A Teacher certified will guide you during these sessions
- Once the mutual agreement is sign Michel will introduce you to the teacher who will be with you during the sessions.
- You will contact the teacher personally and will Schedule the sessions together
