Michel PASCAL is a french writer, meditation teacher/Singer, photographer and director for spiritual documentaries.

Before moving to the US, Michel lived in the largest monastery in Himalayas, Kopan Monastery in Nepal. The high master Chepa Dorje Rimpoche (descendant of Milarepa) was his meditation teacher during 15 years. Michel has written 19 books in french about spirituality.

As a meditation teacher-singer Michel developed a unique concept, RELAX-SING. First time performed at the Carnegie Hall in New York City, in November 2016. He works with one of the most powerful tools that human beings have in the world. The imagination. He is the photographer and co-writer of «Instants Sacrés» a book by His Holiness the Dalai-Lama (2008 Prisma Media).

As Photographer, Michel exposes in Paris (Place du Pantheon, Forum of Halles, St Sulpice Chuch, Cathedral Notre-Dame of Paris), Los Angeles (Park La Brea), New York (Our Lady of Good Counsel Church), he has published 5 books as photographer.

As Director, his last documentary «Lhamo, the Little Himalayan girl»» co-directed with Djana was very unique as it was the first time in anyone was permited to film inside of a Buddhist nunnery during one year.

As Writer, his last essay «Notre crise est une chance» (Our crisis is an Opportunity) explored how money problem can become our spiritual teachers, also the new concept of altruism profit, the spiritual values play in business. This book is prefaced by Matthieu Ricard (speaker of Dalai-Lama).

His latest play «Saint Therese» as writer and director: «Saint Therese» is a world-wide success. More than1000 shows., Paris, Mont Saint-Michel, Lourdes, Geneva, Amsterdam, Dublin, London, Singapore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jerusalem, Nazareth, Los Angeles, New York, Honk Kong etc...

Michel Created a new way of Meditation, that he calls MEDITATION FOR DAILY STRESS

A mix, a pure acknowledge from Buddhism Nygmapa (Pow’a, Tonglen) and new medical research in neurosciences, adviced by Dr Mario Beauregard Ph,D neuroscientist, and Dr Natalie Trent Ph,D Harvard University. In few short months, Michel Pascal's new meditation technique,  has dramatically changed the perception of meditating in America.

Its success has come surprisingly fast, being practiced at Google corporate offices, Harvard University, Amity Foundation for parolees, healthcare practitioners, hospital patients, entertainers and TV producers, families and children, and educators. It has also helped many high-risk populations find peace in difficult circumstances including homeless and displaced adults, military veterans with PTSD, substance abusers (drugs, alcohol), insomniacs, pregnant women, and survivors of abuse.
