Michel Pascal is a meditation teacher, singer, filmmaker who collaborates with Erika Segura -sound meditation teacher and soundbath trainer- on creating beautiful immersive sonic experiences.

MEDITATION EXPERIENCE:

Nicola Masiero, mental conditioning coach and curator of the event, will introduce the SOUND Meditation and facilitate an exclusive Q&A conversation with Michel Pascal on the transformational power of Meditation, while preparing for the GONG-SoundBath Experience

Michel has created a revolutionary technique to rapidly enhance cognitive abilities and improve emotional well-being; he collaborates with Deepak Chopra to the world movement “Never Alone” for mental health and suicide prevention; he is book co-author with his Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.

Erika will lead the group into a deep, sound immersion surrounded by powerful Gongs, Quartz Crystal Bowls, Ocean Drums, Brass Singing Bowls and a diversity of Sounds.

The healing frequencies combined with Gregorian Chants and the voice of Michel will create the cognitive dissonance that opens a door through our critical mind allowing a profound inner exploration into the subconscious mind, while the body is comfortably relaxed and tuned-in with the Vibrations and Sounds.

a yoga mat, cozy blankets, a pillow or support for your head. Many people love to put an extra blanket under the knees. In this way, your lower back will be in the most natural and comfortable position during the Sound Immersion.
